- On November 30th, 2001, led by Tianshui Hailin Bearing Factory and co-sponsored by Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tianshui Investment and Guarantee Co., Ltd, Gansu Great Wall Electrical Group Co., Ltd as well as Gansu Machinery Equipment Import and Export Co., Ltd, Gansu Hailin Zhongke Science and Technology Co., Ltd was established and Mr. Zhu Peng was appointed as president. From December 2004 to August 2014, Mr. Yang Wanshun served as the president. And after September 2014, Mr. He Kehong has been serving as the president.
- On January 4th 2001,Hailin won the anti-dumping lawsuit against tapered roller bearings exporting to the United States with zero anti-dumping duty rate. On January 10th 2011, HL won the anti-dumping administrative investigation conducted by the U.S. Department of Commerce and maintained the arbitration result announced by the U.S. Department of Commerce at the end of 2002.
- Hailin changed its financial accounting system in 2003, canceled all sales branches, established sales offices, and took all financial rights back to the headquarter. Meanwhile, a new sales policy was put into practice, which was direct shipment, direct billing, and direct payback. The sales branches were not allowed to deal with bearing business themselves anymore and they just existed as sales representatives of Hailin and were to provide sales service to customers only.
- On November 8th, 2003, 11 departments including the Gansu Provincial Enterprise Working Committee, the Gansu Provincial Economic and Trade Commission formally signed an agreement with Tianshui Municipal Government on transfer of the management of 18 provincial state-owned enterprises including Tianshui Hailin Bearing Factory down to local government. After the agreement was reached, Hailin's affiliation was assigned to the local government of Tianshui City.
- On October 31st, the export amount of Tianshui Hailin Import and Export broke through 10 million US dollars for the first time.
- In November 2004, Tianshui Hailin Bearing Co.,Ltd., which was restructured from Tianshui Hailin Bearing Factory and Tianshui Qinbao Bearing Co., Ltd. was registered.
- In March 2005, Tianshui Hailin Bearings filed for bankruptcy, and got approval from leading group of National Enterprise Merger, Bankruptcy and Workers Re-employment on December 19th 2006. On September 26th, 2008, the implementation of policy bankruptcy of Hailin Bearing Factory ended.
- In December 2006, Tianshui Hailin Bearing Co., Ltd. bought back the shares of Gansu Hailin Zhongke Technology Co.,Ltd. held by Tianshui Investment Guarantee Co.,Ltd., Gansu Great Wall Electrical Group Co.,Ltd., and Gansu Machinery and Equipment Import and Export Company. The shareholders of Gansu Hailin Zhongke Science and Technology Co., Ltd. were changed to Tianshui Hailin Bearing Co., Ltd. and Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
- On September 2nd, 2014, the company convened the general meeting of shareholders, the board of directors and the board of supervisors, to elect the members of the fourth board of directors, board of supervisors and management personnel of Gansu Hailin Zhongke Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. He Kehong was selected as the president.
- In September, 2014, the“Employee Manual”and “Management Manual” were promulgated and implemented throughout the company to improve the system and standardize employees' behavior.
- On October 25th, 2014, the company put forward a new management measure - to carry out the “Quality Year” activity, taking quality improvement as a breakthrough to strengthen various management, and establishing the goal of creating the first brand of tapered roller bearings in China.
- From June to October 2016, the company held a series of activities such as staff poetry recitation, speech contests, photography exhibitions, calligraphy and painting exhibitions to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Hailin company.
- On November 13th, 2017, the company convened the general meeting of shareholders, the board of directors and the board of supervisors, to elect the members of the fifth board of directors, board of supervisors and management personnel of Gansu Hailin Zhongke Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. He Kehong was selected as the president.
- On March 16th 2018, the People’s Government of Tianshui City issued the “Minutes of the Mayor’s Office Meeting on the Relocation, Transformation and Upgrading of Hailin company”, and determined that Hailin Company would be relocated as a whole to Shetang Industrial Park, Tianshui Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the relocation, transformation and upgrading project would be implemented. On October 23rd, Hailin and the Park Management Committee signed the “Use Right Assignment Contract of State-owned Construction Land”, which marked the company's project of moving out of the city & entry into the park has entered a substantive implementation stage.
- On March 8th, 2019, the groundbreaking ceremony of the relocation, transformation and upgrading project of Hailin Company was held at the new site of the industrial park, and the project entered the stage of implementation.
- On October 28th, 2020, the company convened the general meeting of shareholders, the board of directors and the board of supervisors, to elect the members of the Sixth board of directors, board of supervisors and management personnel of Gansu Hailin Zhongke Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. He Kehong was selected as the president.
- In November 2020, the company started and implemented the relocation from the city to the industrial park in an orderly manner based on ensuring the normal production and operations are not affected and completing the overall relocation in early January 2021. After the installment and trial run of the equipment, it will start production and operation in March 2021.
